You will receive a downloadable certificate following check out (usually within 24 hours from purchase).  If for any reason you don't receive the certificate please contact us at hello@carbontrap.org 

Delivery Times and Costs for non plan / membership products

Free Delivery (3-5 working days following dispatch)  on most products to the UK mainland.

Where our prices leave little margin a nominal P&P applies e.g. Tiny Trapper activity materials

Exclusions and Conditions

We do not deliver physical products outside of the UK and also exclude the Channel Islands, and off shore locations such as the Isle of Man, Shetland, Hebrides, BFPO addresses, or PO Box addresses and other offshore locations due to excessive costs of carriage and customs regulations relating to the transit of live plants.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Exclusions and Conditions in addition to our other policies and terms of trade throughout the site. Carbon Trap cannot be held liable for any issues arising related to any delay with order delivery.

Delivery Times

Our Usual Dispatch time is 3-5 working days for all items in stock/season.

COVID 19 NOTE: During this unprecedented busy period where we must adhere to COVID 19 government regulations, this may extend up to 10 working days. The situation is changing all the time, and the couriers are also extremely busy, so in some instances this time frame may be further extended. Regrettably we are unable to specify exact delivery times for all orders at the moment, and we do aim to be as fast as possible. Some orders may be split and arrive in multiple packages over several days. Thank you for your patience.
